Lemonaid Beverages is looking for a full-time sales and relationship superstar to help spread our social mission across the corporate and at-work channels in London from the start of 2025. Since 2009, we’ve been on a mission to shake up the soft drinks market with Fairtrade, organic beverages that make a real difference. Every bottle sold contributes 5p to the Lemonaid & ChariTea Foundation, and together we’ve raised over £9 million to fund impactful social projects in our sourcing regions. Our goal is simple yet powerful: to inspire social change, one drink at a time. And it’s not just words - every year, we pack our bags and visit our growers and project partners, like the Heiveld Cooperative in South Africa, to see the impact first-hand.

What started as a small idea in Germany has grown into a global movement. Today, our team of 115 Lemonaiders spans six countries, and in the UK, a dozen of us are driving sales and marketing to new heights. With fresh senior global leadership and a clear vision for the future, we’re entering an exciting phase of expansion. We’re focused on winning additional accounts and exploring new channels and formats - and we need the right person to join us on this journey.


THE ROLE
Win new business and drive growth
Your primary mission is to bring Lemonaid & ChariTea into corporate offices and at-work venues. You’ll introduce our brand to decision-makers, creating a compelling case for why their teams will love having our drinks in their spaces and supporting our mission to create change.

Face-to-face sales mastery
You’ll thrive in direct meetings with potential clients, using your energy and enthusiasm to win new business. From samplings to activations, you’ll engage employees on-site to drive excitement and secure partnerships.

Craft and execute winning strategies. You’ll develop and execute creative sales and activation strategies that drive awareness, boost trial, and ensure we’re a leading presence in the corporate and at-work channel.

Develop and strengthen relationships
Building connections with catering clients and office managers will be a key part of your role, ensuring strong, lasting partnerships and a growing network of Lemonaid & ChariTea advocates.

Execute impactful activations
Organise and lead on-site samplings, pop-up events, and office activations to showcase our drinks and maximise visibility in the corporate environment. You’ll be hands-on, ensuring every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

Make our brand stand out
Utilise creative point-of-sale materials, from upcycled bottle displays to branded event setups, to ensure Lemonaid & ChariTea grabs attention and stays memorable in every workspace.

ABOUT YOU

• Based in London, with a full clean UK driving license.
• Previous experience in FMCG? Great. But if not, your passion for winning and delivering results will stand out.

COMPENSATION DETAILS
Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based bonuses.
