Position: Head Barista
Location: 48 Grays Inn Rd, Chancery Lane London WCX1 8LT
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
Lead, train, and inspire our team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality beverages.
Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining equipment.
Develop and refine beverage recipes, ensuring consistency and creativity in our offerings.
Foster a positive and efficient work environment by encouraging collaboration and providing constructive feedback.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
Act as a brand ambassador, building relationships with customers and promoting loyalty.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a barista, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours.
